The entrepreneur’s development process starts off with business profiling and business vetting then the journey of development begins by attending our in-house Micro MBA (Managing Business Administration) course which prepares them with the basics of running a successful business. This is followed by an intensive training, coaching and mentorship programme which is determined and developed accordingly by the individual’s needs.

Currently, we have 23 entrepreneurial businesses in our Supplier Development Programme in collaboration with NJR Steel (PTY) Ltd to facilitate entrepreneurship and assist them with the NJR Steel Group’s commitment towards social responsibility and BBBEE for Enterprise & Supplier Development)
