Provision of risk and interest free seed capital:- Loans are given to businesses on the basis of business needs and on submission of a proposal. Of importance is to note that seed capital will only be considered for businesses performing in specific areas such as profit growth, financial records, innovation and effort.

IN-HOUSE TRAINING & WORKSHOPS

Micro MBA (Managing Business Administration) consists of eight modules and a three month mentorship programme ensuring all elements are being practiced in the business:

  • Buying
  • Costing & Pricing
  • Selling
  • Writing a business plan
  • Money Management
  • Stock Control

In-house development training and workshops on core skills for running a successful business

COACHING & MENTORING

Mentorship and coaching is tailored to the individual needs of the business:

  • Weekly individual sessions with Seeds of Africa entrepreneurial development consultants
  • Weekly individual feedback sessions with Seeds of Africa business mentor
  • Once a month meeting with Seeds of Africa CEO to assess financials
  • Monthly one-on-one business mentorship sessions with a mentor within the business sector (if available)
  • Networking opportunities with other small businesses and entrepreneurs, potential investors, funders and customers
  • Access to opportunities, networks and support to apply for loans / seed funding.
